salmon - my other repertoires

Found these photos from 2 years ago on my venture to make smoke salmon and lox. I did a quick research on the web and just did it after reading the fundamentals.

smoked salmon with goat cheese

removed from my own improvised concoction of brine



add coarse ground pepper and padded dried
i smoke it with hardwood charcoal in a cheapo smoker
finished product
delicious snack


lox is extremely easy to make - all you are doing is let the salt dehydrates the salmon and thus concentrate the flavor while seasons it


after storing in the refrigerator a while the salmon would release the liquid
pad dry
finished product

use to make lox bagel

problem is i cream cheese is must have but is quite fattening
