Yes. Blog is nearly dead, if not already. Because of it, I simply don't feel like writing much, except to post the photos which doesn't take much of my time. I don't care to create video for Youtube as it is simply not worth my while. I was a very early adapter in investing in HDTV as well as professional grade HD camcorders back before the HD TV transition. That was when the media and even the broadcasters said HD was something no one will want, and too expensive.I take photos of most of the meals I prepare, as well as the food that I have when traveling. It is a great way to review my culinary journey years down the road. This post has been a draft since Nov 2023.
