smoked salmon with chinese broccoli

This is a variation of the smoked salmon dish I made a few weeks ago. I made some tweaks on the sauce and use Chinese broccoli instead of asparagus.


just one mushroom for the sauce

after saute the mushroom with garlic i add all the juice from the smoked salmon; there is also blue cheese
one important secret of french cuisine is reduction - reduction concentrate the flavor
a bit of heavy whipping cream
and the sauce is ready

yum!
