Since I took a month long trip to Taiwan, I am inspired by what Taiwanese do with their beef soup noodles. I am now more willing to let the hair down when preparing beef soup noodles. I would never guess that sesame seed oil work but now I am a believer.

I wrote this post a year ago but left in as draft. I decided to go ahead and publish it now.

I just add another small engine to my collection. This one is an essential equipment for the ranch. Happiness comes from the time and misery I save from using a lesser piece of equipment.
