braised baby abalones


I have never met anyone in Asia that does not like abalone. This is the first time I bought these farmed abalones from Korea.


there are 8 in this bag, much cheaper that the live ones from California


I braised them with shiitake mushrooms and dried Japanese sea scallops and make a noodle dish with Chinese longevity noodles 伊麵
