This is just an easily prepared meal by using a few
crab meat raviolis that I made yesterday.
I happen to have a few piece of New York strip steak so I pan fried a half steak and served it with 5 pieces of Dungeness crab meat ravioli. Even with half a steak there is quite a bit of meat.
compared to the NY strip steak the raviolis are divine; the steak seems so brutal and coarse
