an anatomy of a simple dish - part 2

I made this stir fried noodle dish, using the same marinated beef, shrimps and shiitake mushrooms as in part 1. I am just using what I have on hand for this dish.

preparation takes more time than the finishing cooking that follows





it is a big portion dictated by the size of the yakisoba so I only eat 2 small serving bowls and the leftover gas into the refrigerator
